AIPharmaPulse account and data deletion request
⚠️ This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your pharmacy data including invoices, inventory, patient records, and settings. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone)
- All invoices and billing records
- Inventory and product data
- Patient records and prescription history
- Staff and user accounts under your pharmacy
- GST and compliance records
What is retained
- Transaction records required by Indian tax law (retained for 7 years as per GST regulations)
- Anonymized usage data for product improvement
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, contact us using one of the methods below. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 1 — Email request
Send an email to info@aipharmapulse.com with subject line:
Account Deletion Request – [your registered email]
Option 2 — In-app (Settings)
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the PharmaPulse app.
