Terms of Service

By accessing or using AIPharmaPulse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using AIPharmaPulse, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally authorised to operate a pharmacy or pharmaceutical business in India, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

2. Licence & Access

  • Your licence is non-transferable and tied to one pharmacy establishment.
  • One active device/IP per licence (1-PC / 1-IP enforcement).
  • Sharing credentials or licence keys with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • AIPharmaPulse reserves the right to suspend access for policy violations.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform is licensed for use by:

  • Licensed retail pharmacies and chemist shops
  • Hospital pharmacy departments
  • Wholesale drug distributors (with appropriate licence tier)
  • Pharmacy chains with a multi-store licence

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Dispensing Schedule X or controlled substances without valid NDPS licence
  • Using the Platform to process forged or invalid prescriptions
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the Platform
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Patient data, prescription records, and transaction data are stored on Indian servers and are never shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Payment & Subscription

  • Plans are billed annually in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • GST-compliant tax invoices are issued for all payments.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. No refunds after 30 days.
  • Subscription renewal reminders are sent 30 days before expiry.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and AI models within AIPharmaPulse are the exclusive property of Mudasir Rashid (MR) and AIPharmaPulse. No part of the Platform may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIPharmaPulse provides tools to assist pharmacy operations. Final dispensing decisions, prescription validation, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the licensed pharmacist. AIPharmaPulse is not liable for losses arising from incorrect dispensing, regulatory penalties, or data errors caused by user input.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
